Global warming caused by greenhouse gasses is a continuing problem that requires worldwide action through a variety of efforts. As high school students, we are part of a generation that can make impactful changes for the future. Though progress is being made toward reducing the emission of greenhouse gasses, we also need to utilize ways to offset emissions. Project 23 was created to raise public awareness of the offset process and assist with financial donations to fund the process. 

 

On January 28, 2023, from 11am to 2pm WBE will host a Project 23 Walkathon to raise money to donate to Tradewater, a nonprofit organization combating global warming by offsetting greenhouse gas emissions.
